Karacare Pharmacy Return & Refund Policy (Kenya)
At Karacare Pharmacy, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
We offer a 7-day return window from the date you receive your order for eligible non-medical items.
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and unopened
- Be in the same condition you received it
- Be in its original packaging
- Include proof of purchase or receipt

Please note: Returns must be approved before sending any item back.
Return Location
Approved returns can be delivered to your nearest Karacare Pharmacy branch or to the return address provided by our customer care team.
Damaged, Wrong or Defective Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive:
- A damaged item
- A defective product
- The wrong item
- Missing items
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Prescription medicines
- Opened over-the-counter medicines
- Supplements with broken seals
- Personal care items that have been opened
- Temperature-sensitive products
- Customized or special-order items
- Sale/clearance items
- Gift cards
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before purchase.
Exchanges
If you received the wrong item or a defective product, we can arrange an exchange subject to stock availability.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved.
If approved:
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible
- M-Pesa refunds may be sent to the registered number used for payment
- Card/bank refunds may take several business days depending on your provider
Delivery Charges
Original delivery fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
